To oversee and manage maintenance and repair works to the Private Sector Commission’s building when needed.
To critically review all plans and designs for rehabilitation works at the Private Sector Commission’s Building and make recommendations for improvement.
To monitor leasing & real estate trends to advise the Council on rates and utilization of office space within the PSC building with the aim of maximizing its use.
To hold discussions with key government agencies regarding the enhancement and maintenance of the immediate surroundings within proximity of the Private Sector Commission’s Building.
To communicate to the PSC Council, the wider business community, and other stakeholders, relevant information about the Private Sector Commission’s Building and Office Space.
