Executive Assistant
The incumbent will be required to coordinate the executive functions and provide
support to the Private Sector Commission.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reconciling the accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide administrative support to the Council, Executive Management and
Internal and External Meetings of the Commission. - Supervise the coordination of events, seminars, and workshops.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action points in a timely
manner. - Prepare letters, meeting requests and other pertinent documents for the
smooth flow of information
Essential Qualifications
Education:
- Recognized degree in the Social Sciences OR
- Eight subjects CXC (inclusive of Mathematics and English Language).
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a similar capacity
Language:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business Communication will be an asset).
Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
